Origin
At some point, Icicle Junior had been and been detained at the Slab where heat lamps were used to dampen his powers to generate ice. Around this time, Johnny Sorrow emerged where he used his powers to enter into the prison where he used his powers to deal with the guards as he freed Icicle.
