Events

• Dungeons and Dragons (Dark Sun): c. 1631 (FY 10, 190th King's Age - Friend's Agitation (Y35)). Dregoth returns from the Outer Planes, resolved to become Athas' first true god. He sends his templars to the surface of New Guistenal, after which he learns of the events that led to his fellow Champions' deaths. ("Timeline of Athas" from Wizards of the Coast)

• Dungeons and Dragons (Dark Sun): c. 1631 (FY 10, 190th King's Age - Friend's Agitation (Y35)). On the Ivory Plain, Sadira slays the sorcerer-queen Abalach-Re with the broken tip of the Scourge of Rkard, which oozes a black substance that consumes the former Champion. Rikus of Tyr breaks the Scourge again in battle with the Dragon, and more black ooze consumes Borys. ("Timeline of Athas" from Wizards of the Coast)

• Dungeons and Dragons (Dark Sun): c. 1631 (FY 10, 190th King's Age - Friend's Agitation (Y35)). Tithian frees Rajaat's substance from the Black Sphere using the Dark Lens, and the First Sorcerer's essence breaks free from the Hollow, combining to form a reborn Rajaat. The explosive results of Rajaat's escape destroys most of Ur Draxa. Rajaat engages his former Champions in battle among Ur Draxa's ruins, imprisoning Andropinis in the Black and crushing Tectuktitlay's skull as he attempted to claim the Dark Lens. The other sorcerer-kings flee, while Sadira steals the Dark Lens and travels to the Ring of Fire. Guided by Sadira, young Rkard casts a sun spell through the Dark Lens- the magnified spell obliterates Rajaat's shadow, destroys his body and sends his essence back to the Hollow. Tithian, who touched the Dark Lens during the spell, is transformed into the Cerulean Storm. Sadira hurls the Dark Lens and the Scourge into the Ring of Fire and creates powerful wards to guard them against further tampering. ("Timeline of Athas" from Wizards of the Coast)

As Rkard casts his spell, a great earthquake rocks the Tyr region, creating a passage to the Crimson Savannah of the Kreen Empire. This passage is named the [Great Rift].
