History
Following the death of King Bor, the monarch's eldest son Cul took the throne with the Worthy being his loyal followers. Under Cul's reign, he encouraged fear among the populace with creatures such as Sleipner being used to bring about such states. In the aftermath, he would dispatch the Worthy to still the panic created among the population as a form of sport for them.
