- The Rogues were created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino where they made their first appearance in Flash v1 #130 (August 1962).

- In 2014 The Flash, the Rogues made an appearance in the live-action series. The episode "Rogue Time", the Flash referred to Snarts group as a 'rogues gallery' with Captain Cold liking the name.
