- Kingpin was created by Stan Lee and John Romita, Sr. where he made his first appearance in Amazing Spider-Man v1 #50 (July, 1967).
Alternate Versions
- In Marvel Universe Vs. The Punisher v1 (2010), an alternate reality was shown that was designated as Earth-11080. On this world, a plague turned the planet's population into cannibals with the Kingpin being one of the many infected.
