Clayton Cortez was a male human born in the modern age where from a young age he became enamoured by the worlds superheroes with him wanting to become one. (Weapon H v1 #10)

He came to operate on a number of missions for Eaglestar with him being involved in numerous massacres that made him experience a great deal of guilt over his actions. (Weapon H v1 #10)
