Biography
Derek Powers was a male human born on Earth where he came to be a successful businessman that managed his company which was Powers Technology. In time, he came to lead a successful merger with Wayne Industries thus creating Wayne-Powers Industries that was based at Gotham City. During this time, he came to work alongside an elderly Bruce Wayne who took little interest in the day-to-day operations of the company. This allowed Powers to operate secretly in the shadows and engage in illegal deals from behind the scenes. At the time, there was a weapons embargo officially made by the corporation but Powers intended to circumvent this in secret and made a weapons deal by developing a powerful nerve gas with the nation of Kasnia.
