Noah Kuttler
At some point, one of his android duplicates came to believe it was the real Noah Kuttler and embarked on a plan of revenge against the Teen Titans for the death of Marvin Kuttler. 'He' was responsible for capturing Kid Eternity where 'he' tortured the young hero and forced him to use his powers to resurrect Marvin.
