Origin
Elizabeth Kane was a female human born in the modern age as the daughter of Jacob Kane and Gabi Kane with her having a twin sister in Kate Kane.
Post-Flashpoint
Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
During her recovery, a breakthrough was made and Beth came to recover from her time as Alice. This saw her father allowing her to remain off-the-grid a bit longer before Beth decided to surprise her sister Kate in Gotham.
