Bo' Rai Cho was a male human who was a native to the realm of Outworld.

In an effort to claim Earthrealm, Outworld decided to take part in the Mortal Kombat Tournament with Shang Tsung sponsoring the matches. Due to his birth realm, he was unable to participate in the tournament as his victory would be counted in the favour of Shao Kahn. Looking to aid Earthrealm, Bo' Rai Cho came to secretly train warriors for competition.
