Biography
Pilaf (Japanese: ピラフ, Hepburn: Pirafu) was a blue dwarf who proclaims himself Emperor. He dreamed of world domination, and the Dragon Balls could grant him that wish. He was aided by his top agents Shao and Mai on his quest to gather the Dragon Balls.
Emperor's Pilaf first discovers the One-Star Dragon Ball and finds out he needs to collect all seven Dragon Balls.
