Biography
Origin
Yolanda Maria Dorothea Lucia Montez
She came to a reporter for Rock Stars Magazine where she came to attend the press conference that was being held with Infinity, Inc. who were taking questions. (Infinity Inc. v1 #12)
Her mother and her mother's best friend both became patients of Dr. Love where he used drugs that mutated their offspring. (Infinity Inc. v1 #26)
She was then fished out of the water by Carcharo who to take her away on his submersible ship after telling her that Infinity Inc. believed her to be dead with there being no hope of rescue. Yolanda though ended up slashing at his face leaving a scar whilst she escaped into the waters. However, she was quickly pursued by Carcharo who rendered her unconscious underwater and captured her where she was brought back to his ship. Once she awoke, she was told that there was no chance of escape for her as he took her to a remote island where she came was introduced to Carcharo's compatriots in Helix that included Mister Bones, Tao Jones, Penny Dreadful, Kritter, Arak and Babe. They revealed their ties to her where Yolanda came to learn that she had been an experiment of Dr. Love just like them. (Infinity Inc. v1 #26)

Yolanda Montez was the result of experiments conducted by Dr. Love who used drugs to mutate her whilst she was in her mother's womb. This resulted in her gaining powers as a result though she appeared human. (Infinity Inc. v1 #26)
