Biography

Leto was a male Elf who was born in the lands of Thedas.

As a slave, he came to be owned by a Tevinter magister by the name of Danarius who decided to perform experiments on the Elf. This saw Leto being covered in Lyrium-infused markings that tied him to the Fade which granted him the unnatural power to phase through solid objects.

Overview

Personality and attributes

Due to the markings, he developed an aversion towards being touched as this caused him physical discomfort.

Powers and abilities

As a result of lyrium-based markings, he had the ability to pass through solid objects which he used as a weapon. This allowed him to phase though individuals and solidifying thus killing them in an instant. It was noted that the markings were extremely sensitive and touching them led to Fenris experiencing physical discomfort.
