Fairy Tail is a guild that features in Fairy Tail.

History
The first Master of the Guild was Mavis Vermilion who led Fairy Tail until her death whereupon she was buried on Tenrou Island that was considered holy ground to the guild. After her, the guild was led by Precht Gaebolg for a time before he passed it onto Makarov Dreyar.
Overview
Similar to other Guilds, Fairy Tail was headed by a Guild Master with this position being passed between member to member.
One of the sub-groups within the guild was the Thunder God Tribe that consisted of three members who served Laxus Dreyar.
Serious breaches of the rules of the guild meant expulsion from their ranks.
