History
Talon was a terrorist organization that was known to had been operating in the final years of the Omnic Crisis.
Overview
As an organization, it primarily operated in Western Europe where it was known in a range of activities including; arms trafficking, smuggling, illegal substance trading and assassination.
At the top of the hierarchy were super-powered members of the Council of Leaders.
Members
- Doomfist : a black male whose real name was Akande Ogundimu that believed in Social Darwinism of the strong ruling the weak where he killed his predecessor and came to be a rising leader in Talon.
- Maximilien : a male Omnic who ran the Casino Monaco and came to join the inner council of Talon.
- Moira O'Deorain :
- Reaper : a male named Gabriel Reyes who was formerly a member of Blackwatch but left the organization as he became Reaper and chief operative of Talon.

- Antonio Bartalotti : a male member who resided in a mansion in Rialto who was killed by Gabriel Reyes in a Blackwatch mission.
