Biography

Android 13 (Japanese: 人造人間13号 Jinzōningen Jū San-Gō, lit. He was built alongside Android 14 and Android 15 but all three were deemed failures. They came to be placed in a remote laboratory that was overseen by one of the doctor's supercomputers. It was responsible for completing each of the androids that were programmed to kill Goku and his allies.
