Quasielemental Plane of Vacuum

The Quasielemental Plane of Vacuum is one of the Quasielemental Planes, formed where the Elemental Plane of Air meshes with the Negative Energy Plane. The Quasielemental Plane of Vacuum is a deadly void, with only the most bizarre of entities (such as the egarus) dwelling here. For many years, in fact, the entire plane was considered lifeless. The Citadel Exhalus of the Doomguard is one of the few settlements here.
