Lieutenant Childsen in the detention center.

Lieutenant Shann Childsen was an Imperial officer in command of the detention center aboard the first Death Star. When Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Chewbacca came to rescue Princess Leia, Childsen was shot and killed by Skywalker in the ensuing firefight.
