Timothy Havelock

Sir Timothy Havelock was the husband of Iona and the father of Melina Havelock. He was a marine archaeologist secretly hired by Bill Tanner of MI6 to excavate the sunken wreck of the St. Georges, so they could recover its ATAC. Before he could so, however, he and his wife were gunned down by hitman Hector Gonzalez, who had been paid by Aristotle Kristatos through Emile Locque to eliminate the Havelocks so he could recover the ATAC for the Soviets.
