Biography

An ancient vampire and lifelong enemy of the Valerious family, Count Vladislaus Dracula was the son of Valerious the Elder Upon his murder at the hands of Van Helsing, Dracula made a pact with the Devil which turned him into a vampire. He sought to rule the world by siring offspring with his three wives Verona, Aleera and Marishka. Unfortunately, being dead (or at the very least, undead), the children they bore were not alive.

Hoping to give life to his children that they might overrun the Earth and wipe out humanity, Dracula sought the help of Dr. Victor Frankenstein. For him, Frankenstein created the Frankenstein Monster, which Dracula hoped would act as a human battery of sorts to properly generate the right amount of life-giving electricity to pump through the comatose vampire children.

However, upon learning of his plans, Frankenstein turned against Dracula and the vampire killed him, but the Monster escaped. In desperation, Dracula sought to use first his descendant Boris Valerious as the human conductor, and when that failed he tried Velkan Valerious, and although Velkan's werewolf blood gave life to the children, they soon died and Dracula gave up on the Valeriouses altogether.

Eventually he did recapture the Monster and bring his children to life, but he was stopped thanks to the efforts of Van Helsing and Velkan's sister, Anna Valerious, when Van Helsing himself transformed into a werewolf after being bitten by Velkan and killed Dracula by ripping out his throat.

Background

Personality and attributes

Dracula was capable of turning not into a bat but a large, winged monster that resembled a demon or gargoyle.

Powers and abilities

Unlike ordinary vampires, Dracula was immune to the items that would kill his kin. This meant that crosses did not harm and stakes to his heart did not kill him; they only caused him pain but otherwise he was invulnerable.

The Count only had one weakness which were the supernatural powers of Werewolves who's strengths were capable of killing him. This was the reason why he always tamed werewolves to his will to prevent them from turning against him.
