Category:World-as-Myth
The World-as-Myth revolves around the idea that there are a nearly infinite number of universes, many shaped by "fabulists" or writers in other universes. Central to this idea is the concept of multiperson pantheistic solipsism which basically means that fictional and real are equivalent concepts (the basis of the Multiversal Omnipedia).
Based on this concept, all of the universes listed in the Multiversal Omnipedia could be considered part of this universe.
This concept was introduced in Robert A. Heinlein's novel The Number of the Beast.
Canon Material
- The Number of the Beast (1980)
- The Cat Who Walks Through Walls (1985)
- To Sail Beyond The Sunset (1987)
Connections
While the World-as-Myth universe could conceivably be connected with every other universe in the Multiversal Omnipedia-Atlas, the universes listed below are specifically mentioned in The Number of the Beast.
