Biography
Kai Chisaki was a male human born in Japan during the time when the world saw the rise of Quirk users. Chisaki himself gained an ability that allowed him to break apart anything he touched or reform it. As a young boy, he was left without a family until he was taken in by the boss of the Shie Hassaikai Yakuza gang. The Boss was a father figure to Chisaki who came to be loyal to him for taking him into the gang. This time, however, proved to be a turbulent moment for criminal organisations due to the rise of Pro Heroes and particularly the symbol made by All Might.
