History
The Corporation was a large criminal organisation and enterprise that operated on Earth in the modern age.
A faction of the Corporation started up a black market trade in the sale and transplantation of Skrull organs onto supervillains in New York City thus giving them shapeshifting abilities. The majority of transplants were assimilated by their hosts though a few reacted violently with these within the margin of error for the organizations scientists. (Heroes for Hire v2 #3) New York authorities discovered the existence of one of these laboratories but by the time they had arrived it was abandoned with only a few of the Skrull organs left behind. Detective Benny Simmons was investigating the case with the Heroes for Hire becoming involved in the matter. (Heroes for Hire v2 #2)
The Heroes for Hire later struck at the Hart facility in an effort to destroy the Skrull Organ Generator where they succeeded thus stopping any further operations. (Heroes for Hire v2 #5)
