Biography
Judar (ジュダル, Judaru) was the name given to a male human who was born in a poor village located in the far east plains with it said that he was chosen by the Rukh. Shortly after his birth, his parents along with everyone in the village were killed by Al-Thamen. Only the boy survived where he was taken in by the Organization who decided to take advantage of him before he could understand anything about life. From there, he was taught magic and became a powerful Magi over time. Eventually, he was taken to the newly formed Kou Empire to serve as the nation's oracle and high priest. In service to the Kou, he was noted to have had multiple encounters with Sinbad due to the Dungeon that Judar had summoned into the world.
He was dispatched to the nation of Sindria ruled by King Sinbad where the organization tasked him with breaking the mystical barrier protecting the island. When he arrived though, he expressed interest in Sinbad joining him in order to amuse him. However, Judar then desired to fight and kill Sinbad but not at that moment. Instead, he departed Sindria but told Sinbad to survive so they could battle and that Judar could kill him. It was then that Al-Thamen dispatched a force with the intention of destroying Sindria.

Personality and attributes
It was said that the name 'Judar' was actually given to him by Al-Thamen and that his real name was unknown.
Despite the death of his parents by Al-Thamen, he showed to care little about the tragic circumstances of his kidnapping by the Organization. Instead, he presented his story as sympathy to Sindria only to laugh at his audience for succumbing to it.
He once believed that a partnership with Sinbad would make the pair an unstoppable force in the world. However, Judar reconsidered this view and instead believed that it would have been more fun if the two were on opposing sides as he relished the idea of battling the Sindrian king.
His position made him the Priest of the Koh Empire and thus an important figure within its ranks.
Powers and abilities
He stated that his specialty was Ice Magic and he was able to draw the moisture from fog in order to create large masses of water that he could then turn to ice. Once done, he could either send it crashing into his foe or split it into numerous smaller shards in order to throw them as projectiles at his enemies.
After falling to depravity, it was known that he grew stronger when he was surrounded by Black Rukh.
