The Red Panzer was a metallic costume suit create from indestructible armor that was stronger than even a panzer division. From his fingertips, he could fire a burst of bullets. (Wonder Woman v1 #228)
A genius, Streicher had developed a time-scanner that could see into the future which he used to change history and make advanced weaponry for Nazi Germany. He had developed a panzer-ship that was an aircraft capable of flying through the time-barrier into the future. (Wonder Woman v1 #228)
