Biography
It was part of the cluster of worlds know as Sub-Atomica that were located within the Microverse. From within the single earthly atom, he observed the Earth as chief scientist of his world. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
Unknown to him, the renegade scientist was guided by Nox of the Fear Lords into unlocking the enigma of fear and starting him on the path to become the Psycho-Man. (Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme v1 #32)
His people's were expanding at a fast rate and they required a larger planet to house their population. He hen determined that Earth was perfect for his people and decided to use his mind ray technology to conquer it. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
He was known to had met the Quiet Man where they two became close allies. (Fantastic Four v1 #642)
Another of his schemes was enlarging a subatomic monster to distract the Fantastic Four and Hank Pym who were forced to deal with the danger. This allowed the Psycho-Man to target the young superheroes at the Avengers Academy who were being trained by Spider-Man. The Psycho-Man used his abilities to overwhelm their emotions forcing the students to turn against Spider-Man until he managed to free them. During the battle, Mettle destroyed the Psycho-Man's mechanical body causing his real form to shrink back into the Microverse. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #662)

Personality and attributes
In appearance, the Psycho-Man was a humanoid wearing a white, green and black armour with a yellow face mask. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
Though a master of emotion, he claimed that he was a stranger to the emotion of pity. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
He had a daughter who went by the name of Psycho-Woman who used a similar guise as her father. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #32)
Powers and abilities
In reality, he was a microscopic being who piloted a humanoid artificial body that was operated by mental control. The armour he wore was capable of protecting him from a range of attacks. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
This generated a psycho-ray that influenced the emotions of his target. The images he created were capable of destroying his foes. He claimed that there was no defence against his mind ray. (Fantastic Four Annual v1 #5)
