Biography
Wendell Vaughn
Afterwards, Cosmo came to recruit him to fulfil Star-Lord's last wish which was the formation of a powerful team of cosmic individuals that would be charged with fighting extreme threats to the universe. Thus, the Annihilators were formed where their first mission was going to Hala to help Queen Medusa after Attilan came under a surprise attack by Blastaar who sought to claim her throne. Working together, the heroes came to effortlessly defeat Blastaar where they then rendezvoused at Knowhere. (Thanos Imperative: Devastation v1 #1)

- Wendell Vaughn as Marvel Man was created by Don Glut, Roy Thomas and John Buscema where he made his first appearance in Captain America v1 #217 (January, 1978) before debuting as Quasar in Incredible Hulk v1 #234 (April, 1979).
