Biography
47 was a genetically engineered human being who was a clone created from the culmination of decades of research in genetic augmentation. A cabal of five criminal masterminds funded his creation where they each donated their own DNA for the project with his five genetic fathers being Pablo Ochoa, Ort Meyer, Lee Hong, Frantz Fuchs and Arkadij Jegorov. In the 1950's, Ort-Meyer created a mental institution in Romania as a cover for the genetic experiments whilst his comrades became crime lords and terrorists. In exchange for research funding, Ort-Meyer provided his former compatriots with donor organs that was harvested from clone bodies thus extending their lives. The goal of the experiment was to create the 'perfect assassins' that were physically fit and capable of following orders with devotion as well as unquestionable loyalty. At some point, Dr. Ort-Meyer tried to make his discoveries public but was discredited as a scientist with many of his peers labelling him insane for his radical theories. On September 5, 1964, 47 was completed with him being seen as the first genetically complete success by Dr. Ort-Meyer who gave his creation slightly more attention even though he had other specimens to consider.

He had the numbers "640509-040147" tattooed on the back of his head with these being indicators of his date of birth, the series and the iteration of clone. Typically, his attire consisted of a black suit, black leather gloves and shoes, white dress shirt, and a burgundy tie. One of his most notable aliases was the name Tobias Rieper.
