Biography
Hitomi (Japanese: 人見, Hepburn: Hitomi) was a male human who came to be a Code: Breaker with the power to control electricity leading to him being recruited into Eden.
He was inducted into the ranks of the Code:Breakers by the Eden Council where he was designated as Code Number 6. During this time, he witnessed the deaths of Code Number 5 leading to him taking his predecessors place. Around this time, one of his compatriots was a fellow Code:Breaker named Masaomi Heike. A further mission he was deployed on mission to eliminate rogue Eden agents that intended to stage a terrorist coup. On this mission, he fought the renegade agents with this culminating in a battle with a super-powered individual who controlled flames. In this battle, all the other Code:Breaker's on his team were killed leaving Hitomi the only survivor. In the aftermath, Hitomi was promoted as the new Code Number 1 with him deciding to recruit new members of his team and ensuring that none of them died like his former comrades.
He later met with the Prime Minister to discuss making the Code:Breakers being known to the public. However, the Prime Minister refused to entertain the notion and had his guards attack Hitomi. To protect himself, he had no choice but to kill the guards and was forced to go on the run, in the aftermath, the Prime Minister claimed that he had survived an attempted assassination by Hitomi though this was a lie but it led to him being declared a traitor and a rogue. As a result, Eden began to target him and the true nature of his 'betrayal' was hidden from the Code:Breakers.
Alongside with Yukihina, the pair were by the river when they were intercepted by Yūki Tenpōin who attacked. Despite his sonic attacks, Yukihina managed to nullify the attacks by intercepting them with his ice powers. Hitomi and Yukihina both managed to evade Yuki following a counterattack allowing them to escape.

Personality and attributes
Unlike Rei, Hitomi believed that they had a dual purpose of punishing the guilty but also to save the innocent. As such, he was somewhat concerned with Ogami's more severe and ruthless approach.
It was said that he was lackadaisical and never gave a straight answer.
Following the discovery of Code End, he came to believe that the life of a Code:Breaker should no longer be secret and their existence be known to the world.
After going rogue, he abandoned any concept of helping the weak and instead became bitter at how his comrades had been treated by Eden. He felt that the civilian populace did not care about the sacrifices the Code:Breakers had made on their behalf. Thus, he wanted them to be publicly acknowledged and appreciated for their efforts. In addition, he sought to get revenge against the Prime Minister and Eden for the way they treated the Code:Breakers. It was these traits that led to him targeting the Prime Minister and planting bombs around Japan to inflict as many casualties in order to bring to light the existence of his comrades.
Whilst he still cared for his comrades, at this point he had no issue with killing them to achieve hid goal.
Among his fears after going rogue was that he would die alone.
Powers and abilities
Among his greatest assets was his superb intellect.
In time, he further developed his powers were he learnt to manipulate the electrical impulses of the human nervous system. This allowed him to take control over a person's body against their will. The power allowed him to cause enemies to kill themselves or turn against former allies. Such a power was capable of being used on the dead where he animated the corpses as puppets to his control. According to Hitomi, this power was more easily used on the living than the dead.
With a suitable structure to ground his abilities, he was able to use it to amplify the strength of an attack across an entire country. This allowed him to generate an electromagnetic pulse over a region.
