Admiral Winfield

Admiral Winfield was the overall commander of the Exofleet, and a good friend of J.T. Marsh. During the course of the rise and fall of the Neosapien Empire, Winfield had to deal with pirates, mutiny, devastating battles, personal wounds and illnesses, and difficult alliances. Through it all, he persevered, and managed to keep his forceful but good-natured attitude all the while. The only outward sign of his stress was that his hair turned from brown to gray. He initially commanded the Resolute, but after its destruction and the alliance with the Pirate Clans, he passed the captaincy of the Resolute II to the leader of the pirates, Jonas Simbacca, a man with whom Winfield had gained a mutual admiration and respect.
