Davish Krail

Davish Krail, known to his fellow pilots as "Pops," was a Rebel Alliance who flew against the first Death Star in the Battle of Yavin. His callsign was Gold 5 and he flew alongside Gold Leader Jon "Dutch" Vander in the first trench run as one of his wingmen. Vander and his other wingman, Tiree, were swiftly killed by Darth Vader. Krail aborted the run and tried to escape, but Vader pursued him and shot him down.
