Contents

Earth-X (Freedom Fighters)

One of the "infinite Earths." This world's history diverged when the United States invaded and conquered England following their revolution- the result was a world where the Nazis were victorious in World War II. Then, the Nazis turned on Japan, and ultimately conquered them as well. The Freedom Fighters, superheroes from Earth-2, traveled to Earth-X to help the natives resist the Nazi threat.

Years later, the Nazis developed a system of artificial intelligences to administrate the Third Reich. However, the machines interlinked with one another, developing a super-intelligence that gradually replaced the Nazi leadership with androids. Nazi scientists went on to develop a planetary mind-control system, finally stopping all resistance other than the Freedom Fighters. With the help of the Justice League of America, the Freedom Fighters destroyed the mind-control ray and defeated the computerized Nazi regime.

Post-Crisis, Post-Zero Hour

After the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Earth-X merged with elements of all the remaining worlds (Earth-1, Earth-2, Earth-4, and Earth-S) to form the new post-Crisis Earth (dubbed "Earth-Sigma" by some). Other Earth-X-derived hypertimelines may also remain throughout hypertime.

Earth-X (Steel-Man)

A parallel Earth, similar to Earth-3, visited by Jimmy Olsen and Professor Potter. On this world, a human Clark Kent was the evil leader of the criminal Luthar League. Jimmy Olsen, given superpowers by his interdimensional journey, became the heroic Steel-Man and defeated Kent.

Post-Crisis, Post-Zero Hour

This universe ceased to exist during the Crisis on Infinite Earths, but likely exists in hypertime.

Comments

Although the Earth-X where Jimmy Olsen became Steel-Man was "discovered" first, the Nazi-dominated Earth-X is considered "the" Earth-X.
