History
Pre-Crisis
The Injustice Gang of the World were a team of supervillains that were formed on Earth that were brought together by Libra. Libra summoned Mirror Master, Scarecrow, Chronos, Shadow-Thief, Poison Ivy, and Tattooed Man, convening them aboard the Injustice Gang Satellite for the first time and promising them victory against their opposite numbers on the other side of the law. Libra equipped each Injustice Gang member with a miniaturized version of his Transmortifier device and sent them off in groups of two to cause havoc in London, Hollywood, and Singapore. The Injustice Gang's game-plan was to force the JLA to split up into manageable groups, then use the Transmortifier devices to halve their foes' vital energies if their own abilities failed them in battle. This stratagem was successful, insofar as it accomplished the defeat of the Justice League, though all Injustice Gang members were defeated by their JLA enemies before Libra interceded against the Justice Leaguers in their weakened states. Libra abandoned the rest of the Gang to capture by the law and took the Justice Leaguers captive aboard their Satellite, planning on having the heroes bear witness as he used the larger version of the Transmortifier to absorb half of the energy in the Milky Way Galaxy and ascend to godhood. However, Libra was unprepared for what his expanded power would entail and lost cohesion over his physical form as his consciousness drifted out into space. (Justice League of America v1 #111)
Post-Crisis
Following the Crisis on Infinite Earths, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
Lex Luthor came to create the Injustice Gang after seeing Superman head the Justice League with him recruiting Joker, Ocean Master, Circe, Mirror Master, and Doctor Light I. (JLA v1 #11) They were responsible for creating hard light sprites of the Justice League called the Revenge Squad that were sent to battle the heroes. (JLA v1 #10)
Luthor later created a new version of the Injustice Gang that included Prometheus, Queen Bee and Wade Eiling who targeted the Watchtower in a surprise attack. (JLA v1 #36) The Gang were ultimately under the influence of the Old God weapon Mageddon that was arriving on Earth with the villains defeated by the Justice League. (JLA v1 #40)
Post-Flashpoint
Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
Overview
In appearance, the Injustice Gang were a roster of supervillains that formed in opposition to the Justice League. The organization was described as a common meeting ground where the criminals could exchange strategies and secrets. (Justice League of America v1 #111)
One incarnation of the gang orbited from a hidden satellite located stationary orbit 22,300 miles above the Earth's opposite side. (Justice League of America v1 #111)

- The Injustice Gang were created by Len Wein and Dick Dillin where they made their first appearance in Justice League of America v1 #111 (May–June, 1974).

Television
- In Justice League, the Injustice Gang made its first appearance in the animated television series set in the DC Animated Universe starting in the episode "Injustice For All". They were first assembled by Lex Luthor after he learnt that the Kryptonite he had been using had meant led to him slowly dying from radiation poisoning. Thus, he sought to assemble of supervillains with the goal of eliminating the Justice League. A new incarnation was created by the rogue Amazon Aresia where it consisted of Copperhead, Shade, Solomon Grundy, Star Sapphire, and a swordswoman named Tsukuri.
