- In Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Jefferson Davis appeared in the 2018 animated film where he was voiced by actor Brian Tyree Henry. When he and his brother, Aaron, were young, they used to tag walls with graffiti according to his own word he and his brother were the kind of people their neighborhood wouldn't want to mess with. When Jeff started on the path to becoming a law enforcer, he and Aaron drifted apart. Jeff went on to fall in love with Rio Morales and had a son with her, whom they named Miles. After having Miles, the two decided to get married. Despite being estranged from Aaron, they did not completely cut each other off and Miles often visited him. Jeff saw talent in his son and pushed him to better himself at his new school, the Brooklyn Visions Academy, causing some friction between the two of them. Despite this, the two had a loving relationship. One evening, Miles came home distraught, unbeknownst to them that he had witnessed the death of Spider-Man, Jeff and Rio assumed that it was because of school stress, and though they allowed him to stay home instead of return to his dorm room, Jeff expressed some level of disapproval. Miles disappeared shortly after this and wasn't heard from for quite a while, worrying both Jeff and Rio. Jeff became desperate enough that he called his brother in hopes of finding him. The next day while on patrol, Jeff answered a call to a disturbance involving multiple Spider-People. Jeff spotted a figure swinging away with a body and followed, only to find a boy in a Spider-Man merch costume in front of a body. The boy disappears and Jeff identified the body as his brother. Furious and in mourning, he put out an APB on "a new Spider-Man." Jeff then went to Miles' dorm and tried to apologize and explain the way he had been acting; seeing the moving shadow under his door, Jeff just assumed that he was being ignored. One day as Miles was getting ready for school, Jeff offered to drive him, but Miles refused. Getting to work himself, Jeff caught up with his son and caught him putting stickers on city property. Taking him to the Brooklyn Visions, Jeff expressed his dislike of the vigilante Spider-Man. Two days later, Miles showed up at home for the night, which he was not supposed to do until the weekend. Jeff tried to remind Miles of his commitment to the school, but Rio caught him and allowed Miles to stay in. Later that night, Jeff and Rio learned from the news that the Spider-Man had been found dead. Within the next few days, Miles hadn't shown up at school and could not be found anywhere, prompting Jeff to call Aaron and ask him to reply if Miles was spending time with him. The next day, Jeff responded to a disturbance call involving multiple Spider-People in Queens and found his brother Aaron dead on the scene. Jeff went to Miles' dorm room at Brooklyn Visions to try and tell him about it, but Miles apparently did not want to talk, and Jeff departed and saying him some kind words through the door. Later that night Brooklyn was hit by another earthquake and Jeff helped evacuate civilians at Fisk Tower. While there, he found his way downstairs to the supercollider room and witnessed the new Spider-Man fighting Kingpin. Despite suspecting him of being related to Aaron's death earlier, Jeff urged the new Spider-Man to get up and saw him eventually prevail. The collider room exploded and Jeff participated in handling the aftermath, arresting Tombstone. He then finally received a call from Miles and was able to talk to him about Uncle Aaron's death. After Miles hung up, Jefferson was approached by the new Spider-Man, who expressed his enthusiasm for their future partnership before handling Kingpin over to them.

After a brief search through an abandoned shed, they discovered that the stash was just taken by the Demons, that were just getting away on two gun-loaded trucks, with Spider-Man immediately stopping them before they could escape. Jeff assisted the webhead, bravely fighting the Demons, even with Spider-Man pleading him to go to safety.
