Biography
Origin
Dr. Simon Jones
As a physicist, he was obsessed with finding a means of piercing the barrier between the dimensions, This was until one day when he succeeded allowing for contact to be inadvertently made with the demon Trigon. The powerful entity then proceeded to use his magic to transform Jones into a living psionic now known as Psimon who became his agent on Earth. With his new powers, he was tasked with destroying the Teen Titans and when he was contacted by Doctor Light. Arthur Light had coincidentally been looking to gather a group of villains to destroy the Teen Titans with Psimon attending the gathering in order to use them to accomplish his own goals. During the meeting, Light came to christen their group as the Fearsome Five with them going forth for their clash with the Titans. (New Teen Titans v1 #3)

Personality and attributes
Following his transformation, his features changed including his skin that took on an unnatural tone and the top of his head became translucent allowing his brain to be seen by others. (New Teen Titans v1 #3)
Powers and abilities
Originally, Simon Jones was an ordinary human being with no special abilities. In that life, he came to be a physicist who wanted to pierce the barrier between dimensions. This was until a breach in reality occurred at the hands of the demon Trigon which resulted in Jones being transformed into a being with psionic abilities. As a living psionic, he was able to create anything that his mind could conceive through the use of his new abilities. With his psionic powers, he was able to mentally communicate to others by directing his thoughts to them or unleash them into mind blasts capable of harming his foes. In some cases, he could use his abilities to mentally trap his enemies or could put a person into a deep slumber. (New Teen Titans v1 #3)
His psionic senses were able to alert him of approaching danger from his enemies. (New Teen Titans v1 #3)
