Rel'tam

Rel'tam was one of four Daxamite political dissidents who were rescued by the Justice League when the life-support systems on their space ark's stasis tubes failed. He was notable for having many facial scars. Rel'tam followed Cla'mon in efforts to make the Earth a better place after the four developed powers like Superman after exposure to Earth's yellow sun, and continued to follow Cla'mon when they reconsidered and left Earth, to resume their fight for freedom on Daxam.
