Biography
Teresa Elizabeth Parker was a female human who was born the daughter of Richard Parker and Mary Parker where she had an older brother named Peter Parker. (Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man v1 #302) She and her brother were very young when their parents died with Peter being sent to live with their Aunt May and Uncle Ben whilst Teresa's birth was kept secret where she was sent to be adopted for her safety. (Amazing Spider-Man: Family Business v1 #1) By adulthood, she came to be recruited by Nick Fury to serve as a spy in the C.I.A. (Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man v1 #301)
During training, she met a fellow operative by the name of David Albright with the two serving in the field together. The two developed a close relationship to the point of them having a romance. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #29)
Afterwards, she decided she needed a fresh start and joined a S.H.I.E.L.D. division called Gray Blade that specialised in performing international hostage rescues and intelligence gathering. Whilst there, she came to uncover a secret program called Project Twilight that was an exhaustive plan to take down both superheroes and supervillains. She believed that the project was too dangerous and deleted all trace of it from Gray Blade's systems where she kept the only known back-up in a nanofluid that was in her bloodstream. Teresa then went on the rogue and was declare a fugitive where she decided to seek out her brother Peter Parker after she regained her memories allowing her to remember that he was Spier-Man. (Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man v1 #2) At the time, Spider-Man was investigating a supply network that was using retrofitted untraceable Stark phones with Teresa helping him confront the Kingpin who was involved in this criminal operation. In this time, Spider-Man took her to Hophni Mason who was supplying equipment to superheroes and who outfitted Teresa with some gear for her to use in the field. She returned to get Peter's help as Spider-Man to save David Albright who had been captured by the Chameleon. The two worked to break into an Advanced Idea Mechanics base to free Albright but instead found him dead and that the Chameleon had escaped with Teresa vowing revenge against the shapeshifting spy. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #29) She later had her brother involved on a mission to ambush the Chameleon who was selling S.H.I.E.L.D. secrets to the Foreigner. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #30)
Teresa continued her pursuit of the Chameleon where she received a tip on his location. She was accompanied by Spider-Man where her brother attempted to calm her as she wanted revenge for the death of David. They found the Chameleon's location and attacked with Teresa wanting to kill Dmitri but Peter stopped her. He also pointed out that they needed to stop the wider crisis of Doctor Doom's Doombots that had occupied the city in an effort to root out the assassin that had made an attempt on his life. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #35)
Her pursuit of the Chameleon later came to lead her to Symkaria to a fortress near the Latverian border called the Hiding Place. Teresa broke into the site where she confronted the Chameleon and injured him but did not kill him as she was seeking information about her parents. He then revealed that one of his cell mates at the prison was the Finisher who was the man responsible for their deaths. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #67)

Personality and attributes
Initially, she was unaware of her true parentage until she was targeted by the Kingpin as part of one of his schemes. This revealed that she was the daughter of Richard Parker and May Parker with her being the younger sister of Peter Parker. (Amazing Spider-Man: Family Business v1 #1)
Teresa had commented that her brother Peter Parker was a noble person who would not take a life. However, she herself was not averse killing with her even being motivated by revenge. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #67)
She had been involved with a fellow operative by the name of David Albright until he was murdered by the Chameleon. (Amazing Spider-Man v5 #29)
Powers and abilities
Hophni Mason came to supply her with some equipment that allowed her to operate as a vigilante in the field. This included giving her a wing suit allowing her to fly along with a pair of guns that fired non-lethal alternatives such as taser and ice bullets. (Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man v1 #3)
