Vandal Savage (DC Animated)

Vandal Savage was an immortal would-be world conqueror, over 30,000 years old, who has taken on hundreds of identities in his long life.

In one alternate timeline, Vandal Savage sent a laptop packed with information back in time, prompting his past self to replace Adolf Hitler. By the present day, Vandal ruled the world, but that timeline was averted by the Justice League.

In the present, Vandal Savage, posing as the grandson of his World War II era self married the Princess Audrey of Kasmia in an attempt to seize control of the small country and use an orbital Mass Driver to seize control of the nations of the Earth.

Alternate Timelines

In one alternate future, Vandal Savage was the sole remaining human inhabitant of an Earth disrupted by his own gravity-control weapon. After Superman was sent forward in time, Vandal helped send him back to stop his younger self from destroying the world. Superman succeeded, and Vandal Savage hopefully found his redemption.
