Biography

Mirabai the Forlorn was a powerful sorceress and tyrant. (Action Comics v1 #882)

As part of her pact with General Lane, she helped him add magic into his arsenal at Project 7734 for use against the people of New Krypton. This included finding the unconscious Captain Atom and brainwashing him into becoming an agent of the black-ops group.
