Frederick Foswell, Junior was the blonde haired son of Frederick Foswell, Senior and brother to Janice Foswell. After his fathers death, he came to believe the words of J. It was first used by Tombstone who managed crime operations that were being affected by Spider-Man. He was later overthrown by the Green Goblin who proceeds to become the new Big Man of crime.
