This led to Price calling forth the remaining aspects of his Symbiote back into him where they merged to become a gigantic Venom form. With his large body, he was able to overpower his foes despite them working together to contain him. This was until Black Cat realised that Maniac could no longer re-infect them as their bodies had developed an immunity after being purged of the Symbiote. Spider-Man then added those anti-bodies to Anti-Venom's where the vigilantes gave an opening for Flash Thompson to plunge into Maniac's body. The strike damaged the giant Symbiote causing it to explode with much of the bio-mass being lost though a fraction of it remained within the defeated Lee Price. During this time, Eddie Brock was seemingly arrested and placed at Ryker's with Price confronting him. It was then revealed that Brock was actually [[Cletus Kasady]] using his [[Carnage (Marvel)|Carnage]] Symbiote to disguise himself as Eddie. He dealt a fatal blow into Price and ripped out his Symbiote in order to merge with it leaving Lee seemingly to die as his body was dependent on the creature.
