Tartarus were a team of supervillains that were gathered together by Vandal Savage. After kidnapping Lilith Clay, he forced the former Teen Titan to help him recruit members of his team. Seemingly relenting, she aided him by selecting Gorilla Grodd, Siren, Red Panzer, Cheshire and Lady Vic.
