- Jean Loring was created by Gardner Fox and Gil Kane where she made her first appearance in Showcase v1 #34 (September–October, 1961).

- In Arrow, Jean Loring appeared in a number of episodes in season 2 where she was portrayed by actor Teryl Rothery. She was shown as being a lawyer and a close friend of Moira Queen. After Moira was sent to prison due to the Undertaking, Loring operated as her lawyer and sought to release her from prison.
Films
- In Justice League: Gods and Monsters, Jean Loring made a minor appearance in the animated film where she was voiced by actor Andrea Romano. She was shown to be married to Ray Palmer who was a scientist that was studying shrinking technology. After successfully shrinking some horses, he was on his way back when he was killed by robotic assassins.
