Biography
Arthur Dearborn
He determined that the greatest threat to global peace and security was the depletion of fossil fuels on the planet. In fact, Dearborn believed that a resultant World War III would be over energy and conceived a solution in the design of the Star Well that would be the ultimate receiver and storage unit for solar radiation. He brought the matter to his employers in the Roxxon Oil Corporation where they helped acquire enough rare Vibranium that was used to construct a spacecraft that would deliver the necessary components to orbit. The project was kept a close secret with the resultant Star Well space station being built to prevent its discovery by Roxxon's competitors. During this time, he also submitted to experiments by his employers who transformed into into a being of microwave radiation through their Brand Corporation subsidiary. This saw him being transformed into a superhuman being composed of microwave energy where he was known as the Sunturion. (Iron Man v1 #143)
