The Squadron of Justice were a team of superheroes that came to form on Earth-S. Their origins were traced to Billy Batson when he encountered three young men from different areas of the country including Texas, the Ozarks and Brooklyn. All three shared the named Billy Batson where the original came to wonder if they could share the magic of Captain Marvel. By uttering Shazam, the other Batson's named Tall Billy, Hill Billy, and Fat Bill came to transform into their powered forms where they became the Lieutenant Marvels. They came to work with Captain Marvel as he fought the Vengeful Four that was headed by Doctor Sivana and consisted of his new allies Captain Death, Herr Geyer and Biggy Brix. (Whiz Comics v1 #21)
