At some point, Intergang established a presence in Gotham City much to the annoyance of the Penguin who allied himself with Batman to remove their presence in the city. However, Batman himself disappeared in the midst of the crisis involving the Black Glove leading to Cobblepot breaking his ties with Batman for seemingly abandoning him. (Batman and the Outsiders v2 #11) At the Iceberg Lounge, Kirk Langstrom transformed into Man-Bat where he attacked the Intergang people at the location and told them to pass a message to Johnny Stitches namely for them to leave Gotham. Overview
Within Intergang, they had divisions included Camouflage Squads that used suits that refracted light and used special heat along with sound baffles that rendered them effectively invisible who were virtually undetectable. (Superman v1 #654)
