This came at a critical time as a Symbiote-infected Cable was under the control of Knull where he was using his powers against [[Eden Fesi]]. Frenzy freeing herself allowed her to catch Cable by surprise where she ripped off his cybernetic arm thus preventing him from using his bodyslide ability. This allowed Manifold to perform a powerful attack involving a small piece of the sun against his opponent thus freeing Cable from Knull's control after destroying the Symbiote that was corrupting him. Biography

Origin

Joanna Cargill was a female Mutant born in the modern age who was born the daughter of a soldier and a church going woman. She was the second child of the family with her having an older brother named Gareth who her father proud of to carry on the legacy. Joanna's father was noted to had been a soldier and it as known that he never wanted another child especially a daughter. Thus, she was considered an accident who was born premature and was too sickly and weak to help around in the house. During her childhood, her father would always hit her and be abusive to her with Joanna's mother never stopping him. Her brother joined the military but died in service with this causing Joanna's father to lash out at his daughter in a drunken rage where he blamed her for his son's death. In one such incident, he nearly beat her to death where in fear she begged him to stop which was when her powers first manifested causing her to punch back where the strength of her blow killed him. Accidentally murdering her father, she decided to flee from the family home rather than be caught in the act. (X-Men Legacy v1 #268)
