Biography
During the early 1960's, he was involved in the Soviet space program that was a relic of that time where he became lost in orbit. (Guardians of the Galaxy v2 #1)
In the Secret Invasion, a faction of peaceful Skrulls who followed the ideals of the martyr Anelle were opposed to the plans of conquest by Veranke's Dard'van. As a result, the Skrull High Command sought to purge their ranks of these dissidents who were forced to flee through their underground railroad. They encountered Cosmo and requested his aid in using the Continuum Cortex on Knowhere to escape elsewhere into the universe. Cosmo agreed and asked that they purge his mind after each teleport so that he could better guard their secret. Thus, these Skrulls were secretly moving through Knowhere as they sought shelter from the rest of their kind. (Guardians of the Galaxy v2 #6)
