Humanity's Last Stand is a fringe group that appears in Marvel Comics.
Background
Humanity's Last Stand are an organization that shows violent tendencies towards Mutants and attempted to deal with the threats posed by the superpowered beings.
Bastion made use of the organization before the creation of Operation: Zero Tolerance which attempted to further discredit mutants in order to give the government the incentive to create a body to deal with Mutants.
Their short collaboration with a high ranking government body meant that certain members of the organization wore highly advanced exosuits and were designated as Maulers. They were defeated when Joseph and Rogue destroyed their base.
