(Amazing Spider-Man v4 #15) At some point, the criminal outfitter Ceres managed to acquire the suit and performed some upgrades on it with it being in her arsenal. By this time, Aaron Davis was looking to perform a hit to steal a lot of money and was looking for a gang of supervillains to form.
